What is Clindacin-P?

Clindacin-P is a brand-name topical antibiotic used to treat acne. The active ingredient in Clindacin-P, clindamycin phosphate, belongs to a class of antibiotics called lincosamides, which block the ability of bacteria to produce proteins needed to reproduce.
