What is Nalfon?

Nalfon is used by children 12 years and older to relieve mild to moderate pain from various conditions. This prescription medication is also used for acute gout and to reduce any pain, swelling, and joint stiffness that you may get from rheumatoid arthritis.

This prescription medication belongs to the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug class (NSAID). The active ingredient found in Nalfon is fenoprofen calcium and it works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in your body.
