What is Refresh?
Refresh is a medicated eye drop used to add moisture to dry eyes. There is a wide variety of Refresh products that are used to treat various degrees of dry eyes. This prescription drug works by relieving burning, irritation, and discomfort in the eye.
It is not recommended to use this medication to treat or prevent an eye infection. Ask a doctor or pharmacist if it is safe for you to use Refresh if you have any type of eye infection. Refresh may discolor soft contact lenses as it contains a preservative and it is not recommended to use this medicine while wearing contact lenses.
