SingleCare’s prescription prices are based on multiple sources. The prices we publish are our best estimate, but we cannot guarantee that the price we display will exactly match the price you receive at the pharmacy. For an exact price, please contact your pharmacy and provide the BIN/GRP/PCN numbers shown on your SingleCare card.

Neulasta (pegfilgrastim) is an injectable prescription drug that helps the body produce white blood cells, which are critical in fighting infections. Neulasta is prescribed to patients whose body's ability to produce white blood cells has been compromised because of cancer chemotherapy. The price of Neulasta is very high. Neulasta normally retails for $7,975.79, but SingleCare offers a free Neulasta coupon that can reduce the price to $6,399.32.
Our price history metrics are calculated from aggregate prescription data that we receive from all participating pharmacies. This chart updates daily to show new price fluctuations. If a data point is missing from the chart, it is because we do not have enough data to produce a reliable figure.

Neulasta normally retails for $7,975.79, but SingleCare offers a free Neulasta coupon that can reduce the price to $6,399.32.
Neulasta is never sold by local pharmacies or purchased by patients. Instead, it is purchased by hospitals or clinics from specialty pharmacies. Neulasta is administered or applied as an on-body injector at the hospital or clinic.
The retail price of Neulasta without insurance averages $7,975.79. If the hospital or clinic accepts a SingleCare prescription discount card, you pay only $6,399.32 for that same Neulasta prescription.
Neulasta is very expensive, so copay costs of Neulasta vary dramatically depending on your insurance plan and deductible–from $5 to $900. With SingleCare, Neulasta costs $6,399.32 per 0.6, 0.6ML of 6MG/0.6ML Syringe. Neulasta is never sold by local pharmacies or purchased by patients because the timing of the injection is critical. Instead, it is purchased and administered by hospitals or clinics from specialty pharmacies. Ask your hospital case manager if they’ll accept a SingleCare Neulasta coupon.
All Medicare Advantage programs cover Neulasta with prior authorization, but the copay cost can be very high. Neulasta is sometimes covered by traditional Medicare (Medicare Part B) or Medicare Advantage plans. The copay cost can be as low as $0 with Medicare Part B.
For patients without Medicare, SingleCare offers discount coupons for Neulasta which may reduce the out-of-pocket cost of Neulasta to $6,399.32. Ask your clinic or your hospital's case manager about the possibility of using a SingleCare Neulasta discount card.
There is no generic version of pegfilgrastim, the active ingredient in Neulasta. Pegfilgrastim is, however, available as another high-priced brand-name prescription drug, Udencya, manufactured by Coherus BioSciences.
Neulasta is an FDA-approved injectable prescription drug that is classified as a colony-stimulating factor. Its active ingredient is a man-made protein (pegfilgrastim) that helps bone marrow make white blood cells (neutrophils), which are critical in fighting infections. It is administered to patients undergoing cancer treatments, either chemotherapy or radiation, which can weaken the body's ability to produce white blood cells. Not enough white blood cells can put chemotherapy patients at risk for infections.
Neulasta is never sold by local pharmacies or purchased by patients. Instead, it is purchased by hospitals or clinics from specialty pharmacies and administered at the hospital or applied as an on-body injector before the patient leaves. Exactly 27 hours after placement on the skin, the on-body injector will start automatically administering the medication.
Neulasta is administered once per chemotherapy cycle.
The most common side effects of Neulasta include, but are not limited to, bone pain and pain in the arms or legs. Other common side effects may include injection site reactions such as redness, bruising, or swelling. Serious side effects of Neulasta are possible and may include a ruptured spleen, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), kidney damage, and anaphylactic shock. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any serious side effects or allergic reactions, such as shortness of breath or severe rash. Consult your doctor or healthcare provider on other possible side effects, warnings, and precautions before taking Neulasta.
