My Way is meant to be taken as a single dose within 72 hours of unprotected sex. My Way does not provide any contraceptive benefit if the fertilized egg has already attached to the uterus, so the drug loses its contraceptive efficacy quickly after the first 24 hours following unprotected sex.

What are the side effects of My Way?
Common side effects of My Way include but are not limited to nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, changes in menstrual bleeding, fatigue, headache, and dizziness.
