Cyclophosphamide is a generic prescription drug used to treat a spectrum of cancers, including malignant lymphomas, leukemias, multiple myeloma, as well as certain types of ovarian cancer, breast cancer, adrenal gland cancer, and eye cancer. Cyclophosphamide causes cancer cell death by breaking the DNA strands in the cell, making the cell unable to function or create new cancer cells. Cancer and its treatment are complicated subjects, so our FAQs section has more information about Cyclophosphamide, how it works, possible side effects, how much Cyclophosphamide costs, and how you can save money on your Cyclophosphamide prescription. The cost of Cyclophosphamide is normally $72.57 at full price. A SingleCare Cyclophosphamide coupon reduces that price to $3.85. Find more cost-saving options below.
Our price history metrics are calculated from aggregate prescription data that we receive from all participating pharmacies. This chart updates daily to show new price fluctuations. If a data point is missing from the chart, it is because we do not have enough data to produce a reliable figure.

Cyclophosphamide causes cancer cell death by breaking the DNA strands in the cell, making the cell unable to function or to replicate itself into new cancer cells.
Cyclophosphamide is taken as a tablet or injection, depending on what stage the therapy is in.
Common side effects of Cyclophosphamide include, but are not limited to, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, temporary hair loss, missed menstrual periods, darkening of the skin, mouth sores, weakness, bruising, bleeding, and feeling tired.
Cyclophosphamide has a number of severe side effects and some of them are fairly common. Cyclophosphamide is toxic to the heart, lungs, reproduction system, kidneys, urinary tract, and any unborn fetus. Other serious side effects include liver disease, bone marrow failure, heart attack, gastrointestinal bleeding, deafness, infertility, kidney failure, acute pancreatitis, breakdown of muscle tissue, ovarian failure, failure of multiple organs, and a weakening of the immune system, which puts patients at risk for infections and other cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma.
Mental and mood changes include confusion, but this is very rare.
Allergic reactions are rare but can be very severe. These include Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis, both of which are life-threatening skin reactions over the entire body. Watch for important signs of an allergic reaction, particularly fever, sore throat, swelling, itching, or rash, and get treatment immediately.
