What is Prenate Dha?
Prenate Dha is a prescription drug taken by women throughout pregnancy and after they give birth. It acts as a prenatal or postnatal dietary supplement and contains essential vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids which help to prevent vitamin deficiency and keep the mother and unborn baby in good health. It has nutrients such as iron, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C. When taken regularly,Prenate Dha also helps to prevent infant spinal cord defects in the developing baby.
It is available as soft gels. When taking the twist-off soft gel, twist the small end off from the soft gel and squeeze the contents right into your mouth or into a glass of juice to drink. Prenate Dha is usually taken on an empty stomach one before or two hours after a meal.
Antacids, dairy products, tea, or coffee decrease the effectiveness of Prenate Dha so avoid consuming them within two hours before or after taking Prenate Dha. Do not lie down for at least 10 minutes after taking this Prenate Dha.
