What is Chlo Hist?

Chlophedianol is a cough suppressant that works by slowing down the cough reflex in the brain. Dexbrompheniramine is an antihistamine. It blocks the actions of histamines that cause cold and allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and itchiness. Pseudoephedrine is a vasoconstrictor, that is, it tightens blood vessels. This will relieve stuffy nose and sinus symptoms.
Chlo Hist oral solution is taken every 6 hours to relieve cough and allergy symptoms. The dose will depend on age.
What are the side effects of Chlo Hist?
The most common side effects of Chlo Hist include, but are not limited to, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, dry throat, constipation, blurred vision, fever, and flushing.
