Synvisc is injected directly into the knee by a healthcare provider. The average price of Synvisc is $1,750.67, but with SingleCare's Synvisc coupon, it costs $1,371.14. Ask the clinic or hospital where you receive Synvisc injections if they will accept a SingleCare Synvisc coupon.
Our price history metrics are calculated from aggregate prescription data that we receive from all participating pharmacies. This chart updates daily to show new price fluctuations. If a data point is missing from the chart, it is because we do not have enough data to produce a reliable figure.

Synvisc costs around $1,750.67 for uninsured customers, but prices may vary depending on the billing formulas of the clinic or physician's office that administers Synvisc injections. With a SingleCare Synvisc coupon, you will pay only $1,371.14 for the same prescription of Synvisc if the clinic or physician's office where you receive Synvisc injections will accept SingleCare.
Your copay for Synvisc with insurance will vary depending on your insurance plan. However, Synvisc may be covered by your health insurance company as a medical benefit rather than a prescription drug benefit. Ask the clinic where you receive Synvisc injections if they will accept a SingleCare Synvisc coupon; you could pay the lowest purchase price of $1,371.14 if they do.
Synvisc is usually not covered by Medicare prescription drug plans, but is covered under Medicare Part B as a medical benefit. Ask the clinic, hospital, or doctor's office where you receive Synvisc injections if they will accept a SingleCare Synvisc coupon. Your price with SingleCare is only $1,371.14.
Synvisc is a brand-name prescription injection. There is no generic version available at this time. Similar brand-name hyaluronic acid knee injections are available as Monovisc, Orthovisc, Synvisc ONE, and Supartz. Search for these on the SingleCare website or app for more information and savings coupons.
Synvisc is a brand-name medication injection used to treat osteoarthritis of the knee pain for patients who are still suffering even though they are using pain relievers. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative condition in which cartilage wears away in the joints until bone is rubbing up against bone.
The active ingredients in Synvisc, hylan A and hylan B, are derived from hyaluronic acid, the body's natural lubricant and moisture retainer for joints and other connective tissues.
Synvisc is injected directly into the knee by a healthcare provider after excess fluid in the knee has been removed. As a lubricant for the knee, Synvisc provides pain relief and greater knee movement. Three Synvisc injections are given by a healthcare provider one week apart and relief typically peaks in eight to 12 weeks. Alternatively, Synvisc-One is one injects that can provide relief up to six months.
Although not a complete list, common side effects of Synvisc include joint pain, joint swelling, swelling of the legs and feet, headache, dizziness, nausea, muscle cramps, and a general “bad” feeling (malaise). Allergic reactions typically are site reactions to the injection, but may also include rash, hives, itching, or trouble breathing. Ask your healthcare provider for full prescribing information or professional medical advice on possible drug interactions before taking Synvisc. If you experience an allergic reaction, seek emergency medical attention right away.
