What is Meropenem?

Meropenem is an FDA-approved prescription antibiotic that treats bacterial infections: complicated intra-abdominal infections, complicated skin or skin structure infections, and bacterial meningitis, an infection of the membrane that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.
