This, in turn, helps your healthcare provider to make adjustments in your short and long-term therapy. FreeStyle Libre 14 Day Reader is intended for single-patient use. For real-time blood glucose readings, you can now use the Freestyle LibreLink app on your smartphone (Android and iPhone) without fingersticks. This app allows you to use many of the same features as your FreeStyle Libre 14 Day Reader. You can also share your glucose levels, other data, and trends with up to 20 people with Freestyle LibreLinkUp. Important safety information: When using FreeStyle Libre 14 Day Reader day reader do not ignore symptoms that may be indications of low or high blood glucose, dehydration, or hypoglycemic unawareness.
