SingleCare wins 2021 Silver Stevie Award for Most Valuable Corporate Response

The American Business Awards has named SingleCare a 2021 winner of the Silver Stevie Award for “Most Valuable Corporate Response.” SingleCare was recognized in the inaugural COVID-19 response category for our efforts in making prescription medications more accessible and affordable during the pandemic.

The Stevie Awards are considered among the world’s premier business awards and there were nearly 4,000 nominations and 250 professionals took part in the judging process.

As drug costs continue to rise 5 times faster than inflation, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic led to more than 5.4 million Americans becoming newly uninsured and left countless more families under economic pressure. SingleCare responded by rolling out a series of new products and services to drive down the cost of prescriptions even further and expand our pharmacy partners to improve access for people to get the medications they need.

To provide our customers with financial relief during the pandemic, we launched a new loyalty rewards program, SingleCare Member Savings. Our free rewards program allows consumers to earn an extra $1 toward their next fill on eligible prescriptions. Plus, when people sign up for a SingleCare account, they automatically receive $3 off to immediately use on their next eligible fill, discounting medications even further, at a time when it matters most.

Along with providing deeper savings, SingleCare also recognized the challenges people faced to access care, whether impacted by social distance and sheltering guidelines, or delays in the United States Postal Service. To help better serve our customers to ensure they continued to adhere to their medication, we launched our free home delivery service in partnership with GeniusRx and dedicated our customer support hotline (800-222-2818) to help people set up prescription delivery from their own local pharmacies.

At SingleCare, we continue our commitment in improving access and adherence to affordable prescription medications for everyone.
