Some medicines can affect how dapsone works. Tell your doctor if you are using any of the following: Acetaminophen, benzocaine, chloroquine, nitrofurantoin, nitroglycerin, nitroprusside, phenobarbital, phenytoin, primaquine, quinine, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazoleAn acne medicine that contains benzoyl peroxide
